What it's like to base your airplane with us.
Pick your aircraft and your hometown. We'll show you whether it fits through our 124-foot door, how far the hangar is from your driveway, and exactly what comes off your plate when Causey looks after it.
Three questions. One honest picture.
Everything below uses the real facility numbers at 260A N. Regional Rd, Greensboro: an 18,000 sq ft clear-span bay, a 124 ft × 28 ft door, and a 34 ft ceiling. Nothing is a sales estimate; it's geometry, a map, and how we actually work.

One door, no columns, nothing to work around.
Completed in 2025 at Piedmont Triad International: 21,450 sq ft total, an 18,000 sq ft single clear-span bay, a 124 × 28 ft door, and a 34 ft ceiling. Water-only sprinkler protection with an 80,000-gallon reserve and generator backup — no foam system to discharge onto your aircraft.
Straight answers.
How big is the hangar door?
124 feet wide by 28 feet tall, with a 34-foot ceiling, opening into an 18,000 sq ft single clear-span bay. Aircraft up to the Gulfstream G650 and Falcon 7X/8X class fit; larger ultra-long-range types we review case by case.
Does a Gulfstream G650 fit?
Yes. A G650ER has a 99.6 ft wingspan and a tail height of about 25.7 ft — inside the door. Final placement depends on the tenant mix at the time, which we confirm on a call.
Is the drive time real?
They're typical light-traffic drives to 260A N. Regional Rd on the west side of the airport off Highway 68. Tap the directions link for your own live estimate.
Can I keep my own crew?
Yes. Management is à la carte. Some owners bring their pilots and use us for hangar, maintenance oversight, and accounting; others hand us the whole flight department.
What happens to my airplane when it's on charter?
It flies on Causey's Part 135 certificate under our operational control with our ARGUS Gold standards, only on the days you release it. You set the rules on who, where, and when, and the revenue credit appears on your statement per flight hour.
